IVR platforms can now utilize the IBM Watson Text to Speech API via UniMRCP server.
This release allows the voice name and gender parameters be specified globally from configuration file.
This release adds support for resampling from 8 kHz to 16 kHz, and also improves input experience when both speech and DTMF detectors are activated.
This release adds support for optional QueryParameters, provides an alternate way for start of input detection, derived from first interim result, and also improves input experience when both speech and DTMF detectors are activated.
