Commercial Support
UniMRCP is an open source project. There is
no requirement to purchase a support package in order to get the software
or report issues. The software is free, and you are just
welcome to report issues and raise ideas around the project. However, if
your organization is planning a commercial use of the project,
please consider purchasing one of the support packages in order to ensure
successful deployment.

the support packages offer prioritize processing of the issues related
to UniMRCP and integrated solutions you develop. Support packages also include UniMRCP commitment to provide
bug fixes within reliable time-frame.
Custom Development
The availability of custom development options aims to provide affordable and seamlessly integrated solutions within reliable time-frame. The options include:
- Plugin Development (integration of 3-rd party ASR/TTS engines into UniMRCP server as plugins)
- Application
Development (integration of UniMRCP
client stack into 3-rd party applications or implementation of standalone applications)
